The plan

Four days by the sea. Eight friends. One shared story.

Varkala from 31 July to 3 August 2026. Cliffs, beaches, mangroves, food, music and long conversations. Everyone brings something to the trip — no one carries the whole load.

Below is the crew and the small job each person owns. Titles are lighthearted; the work is real.

Route & Car Captain

Owns the map, the car keys and the driving plan. Always one turn ahead.

Trip Captain

Holds the trip together — bookings, timings and the final word on plan changes.

Food & Grill Minister

Kitchen commander. Chooses the menu, mans the grill, and never lets a plate go cold.
